Products
Some mugs are out of stock, what is the reason? When will they be available?
To make sure that our mugs are always perfect, we keep our production volumes at a level that does not affect their quality. Therefore, in some cases mugs can run out of stock before a new shipment arrives to our webshop. However, we try to do our best to restock the mugs in the shortest time possible.
Where can I buy FLOWR MUGS products?
You can only purchase authentic FLOWR MUGS products through our official FLOWR MUGS webshop. To avoid fake products please, be aware that currently no other vendor is authorized to sell our products.
Do FLOWR MUGS have any physical stores?
Currently, FLOWR MUGS products are not available in any physical store.
Orders and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We have a standard shipping and handling fee of 15 EUR.
Hungarian orders have a shipping and handling fee of 1640 HUF.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days.
During peak periods, it might take up to 3-5 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on your country, orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days after we dispatch them.
Do you deliver outside of the European Union?
Currently, we only deliver within the EU. However, we are constantly adding new delivery destinations to our webshop.

I’ve received a faulty item. What should I do?
If you receive a faulty item, please send an email as soon as possible to contact@flowrmugs.com with your order number and a picture of the fault.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EUR and HUF in our webshop.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return and refund policy?
Once you receive your package you can notify us within fourteen (14) days by filling out the Withdrawal form if you wish to return the product. Please note, that the product must be sent to the following address: Webshippy Logisztikai Központ, East Gate Business Park, C/2, 2151 Fót,
Hungary. Once we receive the product we will start processing a refund to your card used at the time of the purchase. The direct costs of returning the product are borne by the customer. Technical Issues
My payment has been rejected.
In most cases, this is caused by the issuing bank’s policies. Please contact your credit card provider to find out the reason and whitelist the transaction. Please note that with the implementation of the fifth Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD5) into national legislation of EU member states, the allowed transaction amounts of anonymous prepaid cards have been lowered to 50 EUR for card-not-present (E-commerce) transactions.
I haven’t received a confirmation of my order.
